What is Tradvex?

Tradvex is a trading-signals platform. Verified independent traders publish their trade setups and you can follow them, vote on signals, copy trades through a partner broker, and learn from our academy. We are not a broker and we do not give financial advice — see our trading disclaimer.

How do trading signals work?

When a trader opens a position, Tradvex publishes a signal with the instrument, direction, entry price, stop-loss and take-profit levels. Free users see signals with prices masked; VIP and partner-broker users see the full live signal in real time.

How do I subscribe to VIP?

From the Subscriptions page in the app, choose a monthly or annual VIP plan. You can also get 6 months of VIP free by opening and funding a partner broker account with Axi or PuPrime and submitting your account ID for verification.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Account → Subscription in the app, then tap Cancel. Your VIP access remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for the unused portion of a period, except where required by mandatory consumer law.

What is a broker affiliation?

When you open a trading account through one of our partner brokers (Axi, PuPrime), Tradvex receives a commission from the broker at no extra cost to you. In exchange, eligible users receive 6 months of free VIP access. See the broker disclosure for details.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We encrypt data in transit and at rest, apply role-based access controls and row-level security in the database, and never sell your personal data. Read our full Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my account?

Open Account → Settings → Delete account. Your profile, signals interactions, and personal data are deleted within 30 days. Anonymous aggregate analytics may be retained. You can also email privacy@tradvex.co.uk and we will process the deletion for you.

I think I found a bug or have a feature request. What should I do?

Email support@tradvex.co.uk with a description and, if possible, a screenshot or screen recording. You can also submit a ticket from Account → Support inside the app.

Can I become a Tradvex trader?

We currently onboard new traders by invitation only. If you are an experienced trader and would like to apply, send us your track record at traders@tradvex.co.uk.
