The Service is intended for use in jurisdictions where the distribution of educational trading-related content is permitted. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you, including any local restrictions on trading, derivatives, or financial information.

The Service is not directed at persons in jurisdictions where its distribution is prohibited by law. We may, at our sole discretion, restrict access to the Service from any jurisdiction.

To access most features you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tradvex.co.uk if you suspect unauthorized access.

The Service provides trading signals published by independent traders, an educational academy, broker partnerships, and support tools. You may use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Reproduce, resell, sublicense or redistribute signals or content without our written consent;
• Circumvent any access controls, including the price-masking applied to free-tier signals;
• Use automated tools to scrape, mirror or harvest data from the Service;
• Upload content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or that infringes any third-party rights;
• Interfere with the integrity, security or performance of the Service.

Trading signals, analyses and any other market-related content on Tradvex are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

Trading foreign exchange, contracts for difference, cryptocurrencies, commodities and indices carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for every investor. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite and, if necessary, seek advice from an independent financial adviser before acting on any information available through the Service.

Tradvex does not execute trades on your behalf, does not hold client funds, and is not a broker, investment firm or financial adviser. Any decision you make based on information from the Service is made at your own risk.

Some features (real-time signals, full history, advanced analytics) are available only to VIP subscribers. VIP subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual recurring basis at the price displayed on the Service at the time of purchase. By subscribing you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method at each renewal until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period and you will retain VIP access until that date. Unless required by mandatory consumer law (e.g. the UK 14-day cooling-off right where you have not yet accessed digital content), fees already paid are non-refundable.

Promotional access (for example the 6-month VIP grant offered when you open and verify a partner broker account) is governed by the additional terms displayed when the promotion is activated, and may be revoked if the underlying broker account is closed, fraudulent, or otherwise non-compliant.

Tradvex maintains commercial relationships with third-party brokers, including currently Axi and PuPrime. When you open a broker account through a link, code, or referral provided by Tradvex, we may receive a commission or other compensation from the broker. This compensation does not increase the cost of your broker account.

Tradvex is not affiliated with, employed by, or acting on behalf of these brokers. Your relationship with any broker is governed exclusively by that broker's own terms. We do not warrant the performance, regulatory status, or solvency of any third-party broker and accept no liability for losses arising from your use of a broker's services.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (votes, comments, support tickets, feedback). By submitting content you grant Tradvex a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, modify, display and otherwise use that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

The Service and all content provided by Tradvex (including text, graphics, logos, software, and the underlying signals dataset) are the property of Tradvex Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service as set out in these Terms, no other rights are granted to you.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or where required by law. You may close your account at any time from your account settings. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, indemnities, limitations of liability and governing law) will continue to apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tradvex, its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or trading losses, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under or in connection with the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Tradvex in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) £100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tradvex Ltd, its affiliates and their respective directors, officers and employees from and against any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Service, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will notify you via the Service or by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
